Pay: $19.75 - $22.50/hour (dependent on position; will be discussed further in an interview)
Shifts available:
- Sunday - Thursday, 2pm start time
- Sunday - Thursday, 4pm start time
Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards.
As a Warehouse Worker, you will support the shipping and/or receiving functions within our warehouse, perform tasks as a team member, and carry out duties assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities- Perform general warehouse duties such as forklift put‑away, let‑downs, will‑call selection, returns, sanitation, pallet break‑down, pallet wrapping, order selection, loading, and receiving.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, keeping warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers clear and clean. Ensure a safe work area and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
- Conduct daily safety checks of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.
- Perform damage control checks on received items and contact the supervisor about removing items per company policy.
- Manage batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, and complete vehicle inspection checklist. Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures.
- Review work schedule and daily production paperwork to prepare for operations.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
- Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
- Secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
- Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
- Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products from various heights with weights between 10–35 pounds and generally up to 60–90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
- Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
- Pass a post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
$19.75 - $22.50/hour (dependent on position, will be discussed further in an interview)
