Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00am to 7:00pm
Location: 2301 Reeves Rd, Ste 100, Plainfield, IN 46168

Lead team members in a clean and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring safe, reliable operations and quality results.

• Distribute work assignments and daily activities, promote safe work practices, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee loading and unloading of products.
• Manage material organization by moving materials from receiving, production, or storage areas to designated locations.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products.
• Comply with legal procedures for handling and receiving goods.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and packing of goods and materials.
• Assemble customer orders and place orders on pallets/shelves. Move orders to packing or shipping.
• Open bales, crates, and other containers.
• Assist in receiving cargo using manual equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or similar tools.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence (size, type, style, color, product code).

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED. One year in a warehouse or distribution environment is required; one to two years of preferred industry experience.
• Credentials: Forklift certification may be required.
• Skills: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and have good vision. Ability to add and subtract.
• Characteristics: Effective communication and interaction with diverse teams, ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists and forms, and identify and resolve problems promptly.
