Specialized Equipment Operator- Weekend shift

We are seeking a Full‑time Specialized Equipment Operator to join our Off‑site distribution center team in Plainfield, Indiana.

Weekend/3rd shift:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 am–7:15 pm.

Hourly rate: $20.25/hr plus $1.25/hr overtime premium.

• Unload, load, stage, palletize, and store cartons in warehouse racking; move freight to appropriate staging areas.
• Disassemble merchandise for palletizing, shipping, or storage in racking.
• Operate manual and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort UPCs for backstock and use scan‑and‑apply functions to process cases.
• Perform spot checks of the system to ensure merchandise is sorted correctly.
• Work in other departments when workflow demands.
• Secure product to skid and shrink wrap as necessary.
• Report document errors to supervisor and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Verify purchase orders, location numbers, case‑pack quantities, and related information before receiving, picking or loading merchandise.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; less than one year is acceptable.
• Experience with WMS/WM systems and RF scanner skills.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons or bins up to approximately 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Basic English reading comprehension and numerical reasoning skills.
