Replenishment Team Lead - 1st

A Warehouse Team Lead manages day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while supervising staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity KPIs. They coordinate workflows, train personnel, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Shift – 1st – M‑F 6:30am‑2:30pm
Pay – $20.00

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and maintain high‑performance standards.
• Oversee daily activities like shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure accuracy.
• Plan and prioritize workloads for team members to meet customer demand and deadlines.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, such as stock discrepancies or logistics bottlenecks.

• Proven experience as a warehouse team lead, supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Strong ability to lead, delegate, and manage staff.
• Excellent verbal and written skills for coordinating with team members and management.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) and proficiency in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
• Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
