Warehouse Manager, Distribution/ General Warehouse
Join Our Team! We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team.
As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our distribution center, communication on the status of operations, managing inventory control, and leading a team of warehouse associates. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Primary Responsibilities & Requirements- Ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the warehouse.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize orders and meet customer expectations.
- Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Follow and promote all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience.
- Strong ability to motivate, coach, and lead a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, approachable attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and solid computer skills.
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
