RAB Lighting is seeking an experienced, results‑driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, develop a high‑performing team, and drive overall site performance. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for all warehousing activities, personnel, and operational excellence.
We’re looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach. The right candidate will drive accountability, develop their team, and create a culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do- Own and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring performance goals are met across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates while setting clear expectations and driving accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.
- Drive a culture where employees consistently exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, and service.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures that improve consistency and efficiency.
- Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and operational processes to maximize productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enforce all company safety policies and warehouse regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for every employee.
- Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining high service levels.
- Manage departmental budgets and support cost‑control initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- 5+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- A proven leader who motivates teams, develops employees, and builds accountability.
- A hands‑on manager who balances operational leadership with team development and knows when to step in to help drive results.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, OSHA regulations, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
