2nd Shift – 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM. Temp to permanent positions.

is seeking reliable and motivated Distribution Associates for a leading distribution and logistics operation in Plainfield, Indiana. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet, using warehouse technology, and meeting productivity and quality standards.

• Process customer orders by scanning barcodes and picking products
• Label, package, and prepare shipments for distribution
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Palletize orders and stage products for shipping
• Verify order accuracy and quality before shipment
• Perform shipping and manifest activities as assigned
• Operate material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks
• Assist with inventory movement and warehouse operations
• Support other warehouse departments as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience
• Experience using RF scanners
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks or material handling equipment (MHE)

• Ability to read and interpret warehouse documents
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to obtain electric pallet jack certification

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels

• Steel-toed shoes required
• Must be available for overtime as needed
• Background check required
• 10-panel drug screen required
• All onboarding requirements must be completed prior to start
