Utility Associate

Join our team as a Utility Associate and play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly! This full-time, Monday to Friday position (6 AM – 3 PM) offers a competitive pay rate of $20.25 per hour and a chance to be part of a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily warehouse operations by assisting with material handling, staging, and general labor tasks.
• Perform clean-up and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials using pallet jacks and other approved equipment.
• Prepare work areas, replenish supplies, and provide support to production and shipping teams as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to meet daily operational goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities and provide coverage assistance wherever necessary.
• Stay proactive during downtime by engaging in housekeeping and organization tasks.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with physical labor and general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
