PIT Operator — As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in providing sophisticated supply chain solutions for customers. Join our dynamic team and develop to levels that exceed your expectations. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment, and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Maintain a clean environment by adhering to the 7S program
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence
• Understand and apply the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes

Minimum requirements:

• Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• This role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerance for hot or cold warehouse environments
