Fed Ex Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, manage a small team, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coach staff and optimize processes.
The supervisor will oversee shift activities (2nd shift, 3pm–11:30pm), ensure inventory integrity, and support the Operations Manager with special projects. A related degree, military background, or warehouse experience is preferred.
