Warehouse Equipment Operator

Our client, a leading distribution and supply chain company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Equipment Operator for its Plainfield, IN facility. This role supports daily warehouse operations and requires hands-on experience operating multiple types of industrial equipment.

Plainfield, IN

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (subject to change based on business needs)

Contract Duration:
Approximately 1,000 total hours (contract assignment)

Travel:
None required

Key Responsibilities

Operate Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift equipment
Perform order picking and fulfillment duties
Conduct load auditing and verification
Wrap and stage pallets for outbound shipment
Flex across various warehouse functions to meet operational demands and coverage needs
Work independently while maintaining safety and productivity standards

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated certification and hands-on experience operating Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift
Prior industrial warehouse equipment experience clearly reflected on resume
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Willingness to complete an interview, conducted in person or by phone

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-volume distribution or fulfillment centers
Familiarity with load auditing and quality verification processes
Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing schedules
