Bilingual Inventory Supervisor Location:
Plainfield, IN

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Salary
: $55,000-$62,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment.

This position will lead the inventory control team, oversee cycle counts and physical audits, investigate inventory discrepancies, and ensure physical inventory accurately matches records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and client systems.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Accuracy

  • Conduct daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and full physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies by reviewing receiving, picking, shipping, and returns data.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to support client KPIs and SLA requirements.
  • Reconcile physical warehouse inventory with the WMS and client tracking systems.
  • Identify inventory variances and shrinkage and provide clear reports to management and clients.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, schedule, and oversee the daily activities of the inventory control team.
  • Train, coach, and support team members to ensure accurate and efficient inventory processes.
  • Promote a positive and accountable team environment.
  • Assist with workplace investigations and ensure employees remain aligned with company policies.

Process Improvement

  • Maintain processes that support inventory accuracy and customer service commitments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Assist with implementing improvements to inventory control procedures.
What You'll Do on a Typical Day
  • Manage the daily workload and scheduling for the inventory control team.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Reconcile inventory records and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Monitor inventory processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coach and motivate team members while supporting their development.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience; 3PL experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong proficiency with WMS software, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. during physical inventory audits.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
