** How You Will Add Value
** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
** Accounting Manager
** to join our Finance team. This role will assist in managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, experience in a public company environment, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
** What You Will Do
*** Managing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
* Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls (SOX), and company policies.
* Support the preparation of external financial reports (10-Q, 10-K schedule )in coordination with SEC reporting team.
* Assist with audit requests and serve as a key contact for external auditors.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Tax, Legal, etc.) to support business initiatives.
* Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
* Participate in special projects, such as system implementations or process improvements.
** What You Will Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Big 4 (or equivalent top-tier) public accounting firms’ experience is required (Audit preferred)
* Knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, Inventory management and other key accounting standards.
* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* CPA certification is preferred.
* Experience in a U.S. public company highly preferred.
* Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting.
* Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Net Suite) and advanced Excel skills.
* Experience working in a multinational or complex corporate structure is preferred
* Detail-oriented, organized, responsive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
