Position Type: Full-time, In-office

• Review financial records for accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide expert tax advice.
• Utilize Quick Books and tax preparation tools for efficiency.
• Stay updated on tax regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.

• High School Diploma (minimum).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in business and company tax preparation.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, particularly 1065, 1120s, and 1120 returns.
• Proficiency in Quick Books and tax preparation software (Drake).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• CPA certification or Enrolled Agent status is a plus.
• PTIN number is a plus.
