SINGH & SINGH Distribution, NJ are looking for a full‑time Office Accounts Receivables Associate. The role requires independent work and collaboration with office staff to maintain workflow.

• Handle end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable functions including collections and application of payment.
• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts via calls and emails.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Issue credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments with proper approvals.
• Apply payments received via wire, ACH, checks, credit cards & cash.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve disputes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Must have basic to intermediate level knowledge of Word & Excel.
• Must have basic knowledge of Quick Books.
• Office timing 9 to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Must have legal status to work in the United States.
