We’re growing fast and need a highly organized, positive, and confident Office Manager to be the operational backbone of our crew.
The Gig:Your Day-to-Day Mission
As our Office Manager, you’re the central hub of A-1. You'll keep our team on track and our customers happy, all while rocking a chill, solutions-focused attitude.
Customer Champion:
You'll be the first point of contact, handling all inbound calls, emails, and texts. You'll turn concerns into compliments with empathy and a firm, professional approach.
Scheduling Wizard:
Manage our company-wide service schedule, dispatching our cleaning crews efficiently. Local geographic knowledge is a huge plus for optimizing those daily routes!
Sales Star:
You need to be comfortable engaging in sales conversations—pitching our value and handling objections to secure those bookings over the phone.
Financial & Admin Ace:
Handle invoicing, payment collection, and maintain super-organized digital and physical files.
System Optimizer:
We love fresh ideas! Actively look for ways to make our administrative and operational systems even better.

Outgoing, Kind, Caring, Confident, Firm - Professional:
Punctual, Organized, Quick‑Learner, Common Sense - Operational:
Tech Savvy, Geographic knowledge of local area, Ability to handle objections
- Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or dispatch role.
- Proficiency with G Suite/Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly master new scheduling/CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and stellar attention to detail.

Starting Pay: $18 per hour and up (DOE - Depending on Experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, Flexible
