Yoh has an immediate, 6 month contract opportunity as a LOS Analyst/Facilities/Water Utility - OnSite within the Utilities industry. Onsite, to report to their office in Plainfield, NJ.
- Max Hourly Rate $35/hr.
- 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
- Demonstrated experience coordinating water meter change activities end-to-end, including research, property owner coordination, and collaboration with operations while ensuring regulatory and billing accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage water meter change requests
, including researching service locations, engaging property owners, and working with operations teams to ensure timely execution - Develop and maintain processes for water meter changes
, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with operational and regulatory requirements - Track, analyze, and report on LOS (Level of Service) metrics related to meter change activities, providing status updates and performance reporting to stakeholders
- Utilize enterprise systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office tools to document meter activity, monitor progress, and support operational and billing accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations while supporting coordination between operations, billing, and customer-facing teams
- HS Diploma or GED required, Degree Preferred
- Detail oriented operations professional with experience supporting utility, water, or infrastructure-related processes, including coordinating work across operations, billing, and customer stakeholders
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
, with the ability to track, report, and manage LOS or performance metrics while maintaining accurate documentation - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working in enterprise systems; prior experience with SAP or similar utility systems is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of water meter operations, customer billing practices, and regulatory requirements
, with the ability to apply policies and procedures consistently - Effective communicator who can research service issues, coordinate with property owners and internal teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced operational environment
