We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a growing General Contractor. This individual will oversee all on-site construction activities and play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on construction professional with strong leadership abilities, experience managing field operations, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily field operations
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Coordinate project schedules, inspections, deliveries, and manpower on-site
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA and company compliance standards
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Experience with tenant improvements, remodels, renovations, and/or ground‑up construction preferred
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain aggressive project schedules
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety procedures, and quality control
- Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools is a plus
