We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior-focused construction projects ranging from $500K to $5M from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who excels in contractor coordination, client relationships, and Procore-based project execution.

Description

• Oversee full project lifecycle for interior construction projects ranging from $500K-$5M.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with General Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project planning including schedules, budgets, procurement, and change management.
• Utilize Procore for documentation, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and progress tracking.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring expectations are clear and met.
• Review and approve invoices, pay applications, and cost controls.
• Prepare and deliver progress updates, project reports, and closeout documentation.

Profile

A successful Interiors Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of project management experience within commercial interior construction.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects between $500,000-$5,000,000.
• Hands-on experience working directly with General Contractors and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Procore project management software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
