** What You Will Do
*** Provide technical and administrative support to customers.  + Online order submissions  + Sample collections  + Sample/order non-conformances  + Invoicing and other customer queries  + Barcode orders  + Management of dropbox network  + Onboarding/training of new customers with respect to the ordering portal
* Support with sample shipments to our other global facilities.
* Gathering customer feedback and recording within company database.
* Ensure correct people/departments are made aware and kept up to date on all relevant customer issues. ##
** What You Will Bring
*** Previous experience in a customer service centric position.
* Ability to speak French or German would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of biology or genetics is an advantage.
* Proficient with computers, systems, and Microsoft Office.##
