TD Bank - Up to $29.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently;
Balances cash drawers and ATMs/TCDs/TCRs as necessary;
Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures and escalating to management as necessary;
Educates customers on self-service/digital options and TD's products and services;
Acts as an advocate for the customer by conducting needs-based conversations; offering financial & digital solutions
