The North Plainfield School District, a culturally diverse school district in Somerset County serving 3,700 students Pre-K through grade 12, seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative professional for the position of elementary school Physical Education/Health Teacher.
For those still in the process of attaining certification, please know that the North Plainfield School District is approved for participation in the NJDOE Limited Certificate Program which may allow you to work in a full time role as you complete your final certification requirements. North Plainfield also offers a competitive benefits package.
Qualifications Include:
* Teacher of Health/Physical Education Certification
* Strong classroom management
* Ability to work collaboratively
* Strong organizational skills
* Knowledge of NJSLS standards and pedagogical strategies
Salary: $69,630 (minimum) to $103,470 (maximum) commensurate with experience
