About the RoleStarting salary is $64,000 with competitive benefits and tuition reimbursement available.
Responsibilities- Teach kindergarten scholars in a supportive and engaging environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all scholars.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development.
- Must hold a valid NJ teaching certification.
- Experience in early childhood education is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with diverse student populations.
