** What You’ll Do
*** Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.
* Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and access control.
* Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections with internal teams and external contractors.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, environmental regulations).
* Maintain accurate asset tracking and equipment lifecycle management.
* Oversee warehouse organization, materials handling, and storage optimization.
* Select, negotiate, and supervise third-party vendors for maintenance, cleaning, safety, and operational services.
* Monitor vendor performance, contracts, and service level agreements.
** What You Will Bring
*** Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1 + years of experience in site operations, facility management, logistics, or a similar role.
* Understanding of building systems, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facility projects.
* Ability to troubleshoot operational issues
* Experience in biotech, manufacturing, or laboratory environments
* Relevant experience dealing with contractors on building and/or equipment repairs
* Bilingual preferred:
Strong communication skills in Spanish or Chinese

** United States Base Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00

The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure.
