EHS & Compliance:
Ensure the facility complies with all local, state, and federal regulations (EPA, OSHA, DEQ) regarding hazardous waste disposal, chemical handling, and workplace safety.

Strategic Planning & Capital Project

Capacity & Road Mapping:
Align facilities capability with long‑term business objectives and plan, design, and execute facility modifications or expansions to accommodate new production technology and volume scaling.

CAPEX/OPEX Budgeting:
Formulate and manage the annual facilities budget and prepare business cases and ROI analyses for major capital expenditure (CAPEX) investments.

Sustainability Initiatives:
Identify and implement energy‑efficiency and waste‑reduction projects to lower operational costs and support corporate sustainability goals.
