POSITION OVERVIEW:

Transcend Wellness is seeking a dedicated LMFT to provide transformative relational therapy for couples, families, and individuals navigating communication challenges, life transitions, and trauma recovery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct weekly therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals Facilitate improved relational dynamics and healing through evidence-based family systems work Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for co-therapy sessions and referrals Maintain professional documentation and treatment planning

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Active LMFT license in New Jersey Strong clinical background in family systems theory and attachment-based interventions Proven experience in trauma-informed care Experience working with diverse family structures and cultural backgrounds

PREFERRED MODALITIES & EXPERTISE:
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Gottman Method (highly preferred) Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Additional certifications welcomed
