Requirements

• Current New Jersey CHHA Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands‑on personal care

Base pay: $20/hour + additional case differential based on:

• Hours per day / days per week
• Distance traveled
• Pets in the home
• Couples Cases
• Level of care required

Earn an additional $1-$10+ per hour depending on the case

Day Shifts (Thursday‑Saturday)

• 7am‑7pm (12 Hours)
• 8am‑8pm (12 Hours)
• 8am‑6pm (10 Hours)
• 9am‑7pm (10 Hours)
• 8am‑4pm (8 Hours)
• 9am‑5pm (8 Hours)

Overnight Shifts (Thursday‑Saturday)

• 7pm‑7am (12 Hours)
• 8pm‑8am (12 Hours)
• 9pm‑9am (12 Hours)
• 8pm‑6am (10 Hours)
• 9pm‑7am (10 Hours)

Provide essential, hands‑on care in clients' homes while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
