Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute).

Schedule:

primarily daytime hours, with 1–2 evenings per week extending to 6:30–7:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly — this is what you can expect from your schedule.

• Base Salary
  : $83,100 and $103,800
• Dual Bonus Program
  : $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours
• First Year Singing Bonus

  Up to $5,000

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field
• BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
