Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At Advanced Behavioral Therapy, we prioritize the needs of children with autism and their families, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Plainfield, NJ. As a clinician-owned organization, we're dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-home and virtual ABA therapy services to clients with autism and their families
- Collaborate with team members to create individualized behavior and skill programs
- Utilize a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst) to track client progress
- Supervise and train other therapists and staff members as needed
This hybrid BCBA role offers the flexibility to work in a home setting, virtually, and in daycares/early learning centers, providing services Monday to Friday, after school hours, and weekdays only (no weekends required).

- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
- At least one year of experience providing BCBA supervision and training preferred
- Experience creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)
