As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/HHA) with a strong background in caring for seniors, you have the opportunity to join our growing team and make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Based in Cranford, Amada Senior Care Westfield Morristown provides personalized, non-medical in-home senior care across 65 communities in Union, Morris, Essex, Somerset, and Hunterdon counties, as well as select communities in Middlesex County.

About the Role:

As a Live-In CHHA/HHA, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and other essential care services. Your warm and caring demeanor will help create a safe and comforting environment for our clients, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication management, including administering medications and monitoring side effects
• Help with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, transportation, and light housekeeping
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transferring and wheelchairs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
• Work collaboratively with our nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care

Requirements:

• Must be a CHHA/HHA (Certified Home Health Aide) in New Jersey (License Must Be Current)
• Ability to pass a Background check
• Have current TB Clearance or the ability to pass the Two-Stage TB Test
• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills required
