Business Consultant – Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM)

Join our team as a Business Consultant and play a key role in delivering best-in-class anti-fraud and anti-money laundering solutions.

What You’ll Do

• ️ Elicit, validate, and prioritize business requirements from clients across banking, fintech, insurance, and more.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
• Provide subject matter expertise in financial crime compliance, including AML, BSA, OFAC, and FinCEN regulations.
• ️ Advise clients on the performance, integration, and optimization of FCRM and other AML/fraud platforms.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and high-level designs to support implementation and testing.
• ️ Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-specific issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
• Support data mapping, validation, and compliance reporting using tools like SQL or API integrations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in financial compliance, consulting, or AML/fraud technology implementation.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with FCRM or similar AML/fraud platforms (e.g., Actimize, SAS, ACI) is a big plus.
• CAMS, CFE, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, or data analytics tools is a bonus.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
