Qualifications Include & Description Of Position/Responsibilities

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Perform custodial work per job description
• Work with various cleaning compounds
• Perform minor maintenance tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Mandatory snow removal when required
• Ability to work with minimal direction

Requirements

• Valid NJ Driver's License
• Possession of Black Seal Boiler's License Preferred

Salary: $48,460 (minimum) to $60,040 (maximum) plus second shift 6% differential commensurate with experience
