Registered Nurse

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a PRN Infusion RN to deliver high-quality IV therapy in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this flexible, per diem role, you'll provide evidence-based infusion care, start and manage IV lines, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with physicians and pharmacists to optimize outcomes. You will educate patients and families, ensure precise EMR documentation, and uphold safety and infection-control standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based IV infusion therapies per physician orders
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status and responses to treatment
• Start and maintain peripheral and central line IV access using aseptic technique
• Administer medications, blood products, and fluids, following infusion protocols
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapies, side effects, and self-care
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with regulatory standards
• Manage infusion equipment, supplies, and infusion pumps safely
• Respond promptly to adverse reactions and infusion-related emergencies
• Support Gifted Healthcare's clinician-centered culture and quality standards
