Shift Manager Position

The shift manager plays an important role in training, developing, and leading the crew. Serves as a fundamental part of the leadership team, helps the restaurant serve the tastiest chicken and coordinates a smooth operation from start to finish to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Plan your shifts
• Ensures compliance with procedures and protocols
• Handles and resolves problems that arise in restaurant operations
• Assists the General Manager
• Trains and leads a team without supervision
• Involves in operational and technical training of employees
• Maintains a positive team atmosphere and energetic work environment
• Checks customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints
• Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures
• Opens/closes restaurant
• Helps with inventory (record)
• Helps with staffing needs
• Helps with controllables and manpower: maintains general standards of sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety for food preparation areas, kitchen services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and complies with all safety rules, policies, and procedures

Pay Rate
