• Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon sponsored events.

We’re hiring immediately! This isn’t your typical entry‑level retail position. Whether you’re just starting or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in commission if you hit all your sales goals. With our commission program, top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more, giving you the chance to earn a total of $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually.

Compensation varies by geography, hours worked and performance.

• Bilingual speakers in eligible locations may receive an extra $3,000 annually on top of base pay and commission after passing a language assessment.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with schedule four weeks in advance.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during summer, November–December and peak vacation periods.

Even better if you have:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience working in a commission‑based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.

This worksite‑based role requires you to work onsite at a defined location or locations.

40 hours per week.
