* To perform duties related to the general care and maintenance of buildings and grounds
* Experience required working as a Journeyman in electrical field
* Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs
* Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment
* Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems
* Install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
* Ensure conformance to building and safety codes
* Place conduit, pipes, or tubing in walls or other concealed areas
* Proficient in computer applications pertinent to position such as Google Mail, FMX Work Orders, or comparable program
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Ability to lift up to 60 labs.
* Ability to work nights, weekends and snow removal when required
* Valid NJ Driver's License Required
* Black Seal Boiler's License Preferred
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
Salary: $58,150 (minimum) to $72,050 (maximum) commensurate with experience
