Mas Tec Communications Group is seeking a skilled Fiber Splicer to build end-to-end fiber optic networks at outdoor utility sites. You will test and troubleshoot with OTDR and fusion splicing equipment, and you should be comfortable working from a ladder or bucket truck.
We value safety, quality, and hands-on problem solving. With 3–5 years of splicing experience and a willingness to work varied shifts and overtime, you’ll join a team delivering reliable connectivity across New Jersey and beyond.
