• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies and promote positive school climate
• Participate in intervention planning and crisis response for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
• Provide referrals and coordinate community resources for students and families as needed
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of services in compliance with school and state guidelines
