Senior C++ Software Developer

We are seeking a Senior level C++ Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications for mission-critical Financial Systems. This a long term contract opportunity with Onsite work mode.

• F2F interview is MUST. Local candidates preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience building low-latency, scalable, and reliable software in a Fin Tech or financial services environment, with a strong focus on performance, security, and stability.

• Bachelor’s degree with more than 7 years of C++ development experience
• 5+ years of experience developing high performance, multi threaded, low latency applications
• Strong hands on experience with mission critical or high TPS systems, ideally in payments, financial services, or transaction processing domains
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization
• Strong knowledge of memory management and performance tuning
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools (gdb, valgrind, perf, etc.)
• Familiarity with network programming, IPC, or messaging systems
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
