Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager

$120,000-$130,000 base salary + discretionary annual bonus + medical benefits
Lead monthly billing, financial reporting, and P&L preparation. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial statement analysis. Oversee AR/AP processes and ensure accurate accounting operations. Supervise a bookkeeper and purchasing associate. Identify and implement accounting process improvements and efficiencies.
5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, senior accountant, or accounting manager experience. Strong proficiency with Quick Books Desktop and Microsoft Excel. Experience managing AP, AR, cash flow, and financial reporting activities. Demonstrated career stability with a track record of long-term tenure.
