Key Responsibilities for the Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager:- Lead monthly billing, financial reporting, and P&L preparation
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial statement analysis
- Oversee AR/AP processes and ensure accurate accounting operations
- Supervise a bookkeeper and purchasing associate
- Identify and implement accounting process improvements and efficiencies
- 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, senior accountant, or accounting manager experience
- Strong proficiency with Quick Books Desktop and Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing AP, AR, cash flow, and financial reporting activities
- Demonstrated career stability with a track record of long-term tenure
