What You’ll Do
  • Greeting guests at main reception and contacting team members to alert their arrival.
  • Answer HUB Truck Rental’s general phone line and direct calls and provide any assistance required including taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Receive, sort, and route mail, plus post all outgoing mail for pick up each business day including managing outgoing shipments with courier services.
  • Organize and maintain inventory/stock for postage.
  • Complete administrative duties as assigned.
  • Display excellent customer service, at all times in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone, or via e‑mail.
  • Follow up on any open issues and ensure resolution and response to customers.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-2 years of reception/administrative assistance experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • A real desire to assist our customers and employees.
  • Punctuality and reliability a must!
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
