We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Credentialing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands‑on experience in business operations, process optimization, and cross‑functional team collaboration. As a Vendor Credentialing Intern, you will support day-to-day activities, help streamline processes, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency and productivity.
This is a part‑time internship flexible around your class schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with onboarding new vendors and guiding them through the Real Page Vendor Credentialing process.
- Monitor and manage vendor recommendation change notices from Real Page, identifying vendors that may be non‑compliant or require immediate attention.
- Track vendor insurance expiration dates and proactively communicate with vendors prior to renewal deadlines to prevent coverage lapses and payment processing delays.
- Utilize vendor credentialing reports and analytics to monitor enrollment progress and support compliance initiatives.
- Manage Amazon Business user accounts, including adding and removing users, and assist with account administration and reporting.
- Support procurement‑related projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure vendor information is current and compliant with company requirements.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Professional business etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors via email and phone.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in procurement, vendor management, and process improvement.
