Seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our practice team. This is a strong opportunity for a licensed dental professional who values patient care and is interested in working closely with an experienced dental laboratory team to deliver precise, high-quality restorative outcomes.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients while collaborating with laboratory technicians and support staff to ensure well‑fitting restorations and excellent treatment results, within an environment that supports ongoing professional growth.
What You'll Be Doing- Performing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
- Delivering general and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other treatments
- Collaborating with the dental laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic requirements
- Reviewing case details, digital scans, and impressions to communicate clear specifications to laboratory technicians
- Educating patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Coordinating with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling
- Staying current on dental techniques, materials, and best practices
- Pursuing ongoing learning opportunities to expand clinical skills
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Arizona
- Experience providing general and restorative dental care; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, restorative principles, and treatment planning
- Comfort working with digital dental workflows and coordinating with laboratory teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient outcomes
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Interest in continued professional development
