, is hiring a BC/BE Pediatrician to step into an established patient panel in the heart of Nassau County
. Compensation is above the Long Island market average and tailored to your experience. New graduates are genuinely welcome, as we run a structured mentorship and Early-Career Development Program built for your first years in practice.

• Compensation: $215,000 - $230,000/year - above the Long Island market average and flexible / tailored to the selected candidates experience, training, and expertise

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Predictable, family-friendly schedule: 4 days/week, only 2 Saturdays/month and 6 Sundays/year

• No hospital rounds - 100% outpatient, with a shared call model

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions

• Perform well-child visits and preventive care services

• Collaborate with an experienced, multidisciplinary team

  One EMR

• MD or DO

• Active New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Current DEA Registration; PALS

• Pediatric Urgent Care and/or ED experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
