• Lead electrical architecture and system design for complex industrial equipment.
• Create and release electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Integrate PLCs, motion controllers, robotics, sensors, and power systems into complete solutions.
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system validation.
• Support manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and field issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with CE, UL, TUV, RoHS, and other applicable standards.
• Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, and Field Service teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing complex electromechanical, automation, or capital equipment.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical or similar electrical CAD software.
• Strong background in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with PLCs, motion control systems, robotics, and industrial automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems using oscilloscopes and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems.
• Experience with controls design and system integration.

• PLC cabinet design experience.
• Advanced robotics and motion control experience.
• Experience supporting products from development through manufacturing release.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $128000.00 - $162000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
