- Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and negotiable instrument processing
- Maintain accuracy and comply with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
- Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
- Identify customer needs and recommend digital tools or banking solutions
- Greet customers and provide hospitality-focused service
- Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations
- Work changing schedules, including nights and weekends, and attend training sessions
- Help create an inclusive, community-focused banking environment
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to attend all required training sessions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move/stand for extended periods
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Associate’s degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Proficient in G‑Suite (preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication skills (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in executing high-volume cash transactions while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards. Proficient in educating clients on digital banking solutions and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
