We are seeking a talented and passionate licensed esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of beauty techniques, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Duties

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide additional beauty services such as waxing, lash lifts, eyebrow tinting, etc. as needed.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow and service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty techniques through continuous education.
• Check clients in/out which includes handling money, rebooking appointments, and upselling aftercare products and services.

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or a similar role within the beauty industry.
• 1+ years of experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build connections with clients.
• Experience in retail sales, with a focus on upselling beauty products and services.
• Familiarity with Vagaro software or similar scheduling systems is preferred but not required.
• A background in hospitality is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
