More Than a Gym is seeking a caring and energetic Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice in Plainview.
The therapist will provide individualized, play-based treatment to children with sensory-processing challenges, developmental delays, autism, fine-motor delays, coordination difficulties, and self-care needs.
Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide engaging pediatric occupational therapy sessions
- Complete treatment notes and progress reports
Communicate with parents and caregivers - Collaborate with occupational, physical, and speech therapists
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist license or eligibility
- NBCOT certification
- Pediatric experience preferred
- New graduates with pediatric clinical experience are welcome
- Strong communication and organizational skills
