• Welcome and check guests in and out professionally.
• Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow Best Western brand standards and hotel procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk.

• Hotel front desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
